Blavatnik School of Government

The Blavatnik School of Government offers a ''Master of Public Policy'' (MPP), an intensive one-year graduate degree which seeks to prepare students for a career in public service, whether in government, non-governmental organisations or the private sector.〔(【引用サイトリンク】 title=Master of Public Policy )〕 The MPP's goal is to develop students’ analytical skills and critical thinking in order to help them better understand the challenges of government: the framing of public policy, implementation and delivery in government, and the evaluation of performance and results. Since September 2014, the School has also been offering a DPhil in Public Policy, a three-year full-time research degree which provides robust training for understanding particular policy issues and for evaluating, devising or implementing policy solutions.
